Introducing MemoAgent
Work gets stuck between people, and nobody says so. MemoAgent notices, and tells the people who can move it in Slack each weekday morning.
On most software teams, the work that stalls is the work between people: a review that waits three days, requested changes nobody answered, a pull request that can't merge because of a conflict. Everyone is busy with their own work, and nobody sees the whole picture.
MemoAgent watches your team's pull requests on GitHub and finds that work. Each weekday morning it sends every person a short Daily Brief in Slack: what's blocked, which reviews they owe and what they need to fix, with a link to each pull request. It only writes when something needs you.
What happens during the day
When a review on your pull request stalls during your working hours, you hear within 15 minutes. One button nudges the reviewer, after you confirm, and reviewers are nudged only when the pull request's author asks.
How it decides
Plain rules: a review waiting a full working day in the reviewer's time zone, requested changes left for two working days, or a merge conflict. MemoAgent checks GitHub again before it tells anyone. How we count working days has the details.
What it reads
Only the repositories you install it on. In Slack it reads people's profiles, time zones and status, and sends messages; it doesn't read your conversations. It keeps no archive of your messages, and your data never trains a model.
What comes next
This month we're adding cited answers in Slack, promises kept, Team Radar (one view of everything stuck across the company), and Linear and MCP clients.
Early access
Pilots are free until December 31, 2026. Book a 30-minute demo and we'll set MemoAgent up with you, on your own repositories and Slack. The guide shows what each person sees.
